Is’Baya is a public benefit trust  focussed on providing rural development solutions involving benefactor participation in order to develop dignified self-reliant communities.

Placing people at the centre of development, it initiates and facilitates community development planning. Is’Baya identifies partners and resources, and co-ordinates all activities including building capacity in communities for the attainment of greater self-reliance and competence.

The current initiative – Uvuselelo (Integrated Village RenewalProgramme) is a long-term (5 to 7 years) holistic model that integrates various essential elements and which is implemented interactively with organized village communities.
